1948 ENTREMONT is founded by the three Entremont brothers with focus on the cheese maturing and retail business.

1972 Start of "pre-packed" activities and first advertising campaigns for the "Entremont Maître Fromager" brand.

1993 Takeover of JURAGRUYÈRE (Emmental and Comté).

1996 Acquisition of STEGMANN (Germany).

1999 CNP (COMPAGNIE NATIONALE À PORTEFEUILLE) takes a 75% stake.

2001 Acquisition of EUROSÉRUM.

2004 Creation of BEURALIA with SODIAAL & UNICOPA.

2005 Merger of ENTREMONT with UNICOPA Dairy Products Division to form ENTREMONT ALLIANCE.

2008 Creation of NUTRIBIO with SODIAAL.
