• To produce cheese for food manufacturers (B to B activity) based on a volume/price strategy.
• To develop new cheese manufacturing solutions for food manufacturers based on a differentiation strategy.
STRATEGY
• To feature an industrial facility with the capability of manufacturing cheese ingredients, in particular Cheddar, but also Edam and Gouda.
• To produce Euroblocks.
• To use our processed cheese factory to devise cheese manufacturing solutions tailored to our customers’ specific requirements in terms of formulations and practical features.
