To continue to enhance our product range based on traditional cheeses which have been awarded AOC status and quality seals (or Labels), guaranteeing superior taste quality, such as Emmental Grand Cru Label Rouge, Comté and AOC* Gruyère, Beaufort, Morbier, Reblochon and Label Rouge raclette.

• To promote the development of fresh-cut cheese.
• To continue to expand our "cutting" (full-service cheese counter) product range with the arrival of new leading products, including AOC* Gruyère, Munster and an organic cheese range.
• To consolidate our sales organisation.
• To position the Entremont Fromager brand as a major stakeholder at hypermarket and supermarket full-service cheese counters.
• To increase awareness of the Juramont brand among wholesalers.
