The Entremont brand first appeared in 1948. The brand gradually gained an image and renown in the world of dairy products, firstly locally in Savoie with butter, and then progressively throughout France with cheese.

Over 20 years ago, Entremont adopted its "Entremont c'est autrement bon" slogan. This slogan is much more than just an advertising message. It is the very foundation of the brand’s values. Through its initiatives and products, the brand aspires to be "autrement bon", therefore "better and different".

The brand therefore offers consumers a wide range of quality products associating cheese-making expertise and innovation.
For its Emmental cheese products, the Entremont brand offers Emmental Affinage de Tradition, produced using a traditional maturation process. For its Comté, Entremont carefully selects its wheels and adapts maturing to the target product. For Raclette, Entremont produces Raclette Saveur d'Antan, made from whole milk and matured on spruce boards for more flavour and creaminess. Even in the field of light cheeses, Entremont develops its recipes to guarantee flavour and smoothness through unparalleled expertise in ferments and processes.

Entremont has extended its ranges with more innovative products tailored to meet consumer requirements. It offers grated mixes (for pizzas etc.) and the various cheeses are selected for their practical qualities. There is also the hot 'Crémeux', an oven-baked cheese that enables people to enjoy all the fun and taste of hot cheese without the fancy equipment.
