In-house communication is achieved through the following tools:

JOURN’ALLIANCE: ENTREMONT ALLIANCE Group quarterly staff newsletter.

NEWSLETTERS: They provide our various "communities" (concerned by quality policy, human resources and business) with useful information about the Group to promote loyalty.

TELEVISION: "L'Info Autrement" is an in-house TV channel bringing daily news and live reports about life within the Group in its various locations, plus information about its products, customers and markets.

Testimony from Hervé Baron (Group HR Manager) "Our in-house TV channel "L'info Autrement", which was launched in August 2007 and subsequently broadcast to all our sites in 2008, reaches out to all our employees in their workplace. Its aim is to broadcast news to encourage communication, discussion or a desire to find out more. Jointly managed by an editorial board, the channel gives each site a "voice". It is the ideal tool for interactive communication."
