3. Reviews and assessments



• Your manager will give you an informal assessment throughout your trial period
• You will then have a performance and personal development review once a year

4. Training



You are entitled to three different training schemes:
• On the initiative of your direct superior and/or employer as part of a training plan to enable you to adapt to changes in your job and develop new skills
• On your own initiative, as part of your training allowance (CIF)
• On your own initiative, and subject to your employer’s agreement, as part of the continuous training scheme for employees (DIF)
